Training: 1 session per week

Focus: Fun, focused psychomotor skill development—building soccer skills while boosting coordination, balance, and agility

Structured progress to take players to the next level

Age / Level: 6-8 | 9-10 | 11-14 | ADVANCE PLAYERS
Goal: Improve technical and tactical skills with consistent progress
Training: 2-3 Technical and Tactical Training Sessions per week
Matches: S3A Super League – in house (fun + application)
Focus: Positional awareness, small-sided game tactics, superior ball control, and passing precision
Values: Discipline, Respect and Team work
Locations: Westchester and Brooklyn

Age / Level: 6-14+ - COMPETITIVE PLAYERS (BY SELECTION)
Goal: Hight performance and real competition
Training: 2-3 Technical and Tactical Training Sessions per week
Matches: Competitive Leagues and tournaments (Travel Teams)
Focus: Advanced techniques and tactics, fast decision-making, leadership, and proper positioning on the field

What age can my child start attending classes?

We have programs for all ages and skill levels:

Grassroots – Beginners: 3–4 | 5–7 | 8–10 | 11–14 years old
Developmental – Advanced: 6–8 | 9–10 | 11–14 years old
Travel Team – Advanced Competitive: U8 | U9 | U10 | U11 | U12 | U13 | U14

How long do the programs last?

Program durations vary depending on the season:

Spring: 10 weeks
Summer: 5 weeks
Fall: 8 weeks
Winter: 10 weeks

💡 Note: Programs run according to the season, so the duration may vary to best fit each schedule.

How many days per week will my child train?

Grassroots Beginners: 1x/week, 1 hour per session + weekend S3A SUPER LEAGUE games
Developmental Advanced: 2x/week, 1.5 hours per session + weekend games

Travel Team – Advanced Competitive: 2x/week, 1.5 hours per session + weekend league games

What uniform does my child need to wear?

All players must attend training in the correct uniform. Children wearing different shirts, shorts, or socks will not be allowed to participate.
